Accessibility statement

Last updated: 19 April 2026.

Our commitment

We want the IT Support Helpdesk website and product to be usable by everyone, regardless of ability or the technology they use. This statement applies to the public marketing website at itsupporthelpdesk.co.uk and the customer portal at /portal.

Compliance target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 at Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). Automated testing runs on every deploy via axe-core; manual keyboard and screen-reader checks run before each release.

Known issues

If we identify areas of the site that don't currently meet the standard, we'll list them here along with the expected fix date. None known at time of writing.

How to report a problem

If you find an accessibility issue, please email hello@itsupporthelpdesk.co.uk. We aim to respond within two working days.

Enforcement

This statement is prepared in line with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. If you're not happy with our response, you may contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service.
