What the AI can see
- Your support chat messages and attachments you share with it.
- Diagnostics from endpoints where you've installed our agent (CPU, memory, disk, installed software, running services).
- Your organisation's knowledge articles and documents you've explicitly uploaded.
What the AI cannot see
- Personal files on your machines unless you share them in chat.
- Other customers' data — tenancy is strictly isolated.
- Your email or browsing history.

- AWS London (eu-west-2)
- Azure UK South
- Never leaves the UK, except for the AI inference call described below.
AI provider
Our AI runs on Anthropic's API (EU region). Your prompts are never used to train their models (we have the training opt-out set on our account). The AI provider's terms are published at anthropic.com/legal.
