  • It's specific. The AI can see the actual diagnostics on your laptop, not just your description of them.
  • It hands off cleanly. When it can't help, it tells you so and escalates — with everything you've already said attached.

If you'd rather skip the AI entirely on a particular issue, just say "human please" in the chat. We don't make you fight the robot.
