What we don't do for accountants

We think clarity here matters more than sounding comprehensive.

  • We don't install or licence your tax or practice management software. CCH, IRIS, TaxCalc, and Digita are provided and licenced by your software partner — not us. We support the environment those tools run in: the Windows machines, the network, the M365 accounts around them.
  • We don't provide bookkeeping or accounting advice. If Xero is showing the wrong figures, that's a bookkeeping question — not an IT one. We fix Xero access; your accountants fix the numbers.
  • We don't provide on-site support. We're remote-first. Physical hardware failures that genuinely require hands-on work will be triaged by us and, if necessary, referred to a local engineer.
