Connectivity & VoIP

Stop fighting your own internet connection.

Connectivity and VoIP diagnostics are included in your £10/user/month plan. We don't sell internet lines or phone services — we help you manage and troubleshoot what you already have. That means fewer hours spent on hold with your ISP reading them the same error code, and more time knowing the problem is actually being investigated.

What's included

  • Internet connectivity troubleshooting: diagnosing whether a slow or dropped connection is the ISP line, your router, your switch, or a device-side issue — and providing the ISP with a clear fault report if escalation is needed.
  • WiFi troubleshooting: coverage gaps, channel interference, device association problems, and access point configuration queries.
  • Router and switch diagnostics: firmware queries, basic firewall rule questions, and VLAN troubleshooting for common SME setups.
  • VoIP call quality issues: jitter, packet loss, one-way audio, and dropped calls — diagnosing whether it's a network or provider issue and providing your VoIP provider with a useful fault report.
  • Microsoft Teams Phone diagnostics: audio device problems, call routing questions, number assignment, and direct routing configuration checks.
  • ISP liaison support: we'll help you compose a technical fault report and translate between your ISP's support team and what's actually happening on your network.

How it works in practice

The office WiFi is slow and people are complaining, but the router looks fine.

The AI checks endpoint agent data for devices reporting poor signal or high packet loss, runs a channel scan analysis, and identifies whether it's channel congestion, a device thrashing the access point, or a genuine ISP throughput issue. A UK engineer recommends the fix — whether that's a channel change, a firmware update, or a formal ISP fault report.

Teams calls keep dropping after five minutes, but only for one person.

The AI checks the user's device diagnostics, runs a connectivity test, and reviews the Teams call quality dashboard. It identifies whether it's the device's network adapter, their router's QoS settings, or a Teams-side issue — and provides step-by-step resolution or escalates to an engineer if it needs a deeper network trace.

A new office has been set up and the VoIP phones won't register.

A UK engineer reviews the network configuration, checks whether SIP traffic is being blocked by the firewall, and advises on the correct VLAN or QoS settings to get the phones online — working alongside the VoIP provider's own support team where needed.

What's not included

We want to be clear about what we do and don't do so you can plan accordingly.

  • Selling or provisioning internet lines or VoIP services. We don't resell connectivity or phone lines. We help you manage what you already have with your existing providers.
  • On-site network cabling and physical infrastructure. We're remote-first. If the fault is physical — a damaged cable, a faulty patch panel — we'll identify it and help you co-ordinate a local engineer to fix it.
  • Enterprise network design and implementation. Complex MPLS, SD-WAN, or multi-site network architecture projects are outside scope. We'll help you understand what you need and who to engage.
