M365 admin without the admin overhead.

Microsoft 365 support is included in your £10/user/month plan — no separate licence, no add-on. We handle the day-to-day admin that eats up time when it falls on whoever volunteered to be "the IT person": password resets, mailbox issues, Teams permissions, licence assignments, and the dozen other small jobs that come up every week in a 10-50 person business.

What's included

  • M365 password resets and account unlocks — handled by AI in seconds after identity verification via MFA.
  • Licence assignment and removal: add a new joiner, remove a leaver, change licence type.
  • Exchange Online mailbox issues: missing emails, shared mailbox access, mail flow rules, out-of-office setup.
  • Teams troubleshooting: can't join meetings, missing channels, guest access problems, external sharing configuration.
  • SharePoint and OneDrive: file sharing permissions, sync errors, storage quota questions, basic site access issues.
  • M365 admin centre tasks your office manager doesn't have time to learn — we run them on your behalf via your delegated admin link.
  • Basic Conditional Access and MFA policy queries — we'll explain what's set and why, and make changes where in scope.

How it works in practice

User forgot their M365 password and is locked out of Outlook and Teams.

The AI verifies their identity using their registered MFA method, resets the password, and confirms the new credentials. Done in under 12 seconds. No engineer involved.

A new starter needs their M365 account set up and licences assigned before day one.

The office manager raises a ticket with the new user's name, role, and start date. The AI creates the account, assigns the appropriate licence, adds them to the correct Teams channels and distribution groups, and sends the welcome email. A UK engineer reviews and confirms if licence choices need a judgement call.

A member of staff can't access a SharePoint site they need for their work.

The AI checks the site's permission settings, identifies the missing group membership, and adds the user — or flags it to an engineer if the permissions are complex or the request needs approval from a site owner.

What's not included

We're honest about scope so there are no surprises at renewal time.

  • M365 licence procurement and billing. We don't resell Microsoft licences — you hold your own agreement with Microsoft or a reseller, and we manage the admin on top of it.
  • Power Platform and custom app development. Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and custom SharePoint development are outside scope. We can advise on what's possible, but building it isn't part of the plan.
  • Azure Active Directory / Entra advanced configuration. Complex Identity Governance, Privileged Identity Management, and enterprise SSO federation require specialist engagement — we'll refer you if it gets there.
